Pork Chops with Apple Raisin Chutney

Ingredients:
2 bone in or boneless pork chops, thick cut
A-Train’s Mojo Sweet Piggy Spice Blend (available at the good butcher)
1 large apple, diced (your favorite)
1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits with juice
1/2 cup raisins, (or craisins)
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method:
Season chops with sweet piggy rub, (alternately, salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar)
Grill until internal temp reaches 130-140 and rest

Chutney:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 30 min until well softened and slightly thickened.
Add in chopped green onion or a pinch of parsley for color.
Top your chops with this sweet and sour treat, and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
