Kick it up a notch, this original recipe made with Iowa-raised pork adds a little surprise to each morsel. A bit of a dry bite on this one makes it a great add with cheese, bread, and all the charcuterie accouterments. Kids love this one best. Don’t make them whine for more!
Pairs well with: more wine, kids, all the cheeses, olives, a baguette (doesn’t have to be French though).
